The Mogalakwena Research Centre in South Africa is currently offering its facilities for field-based research projects in ecology, anthropology, and horticulture. Research can be undertaken by undergrad and postgrad students under the supervision of the research centre.
Mogalakwena reserves are located in Limpopo which has high biodiversity making it suitable for ecological studies. Anthropological research focuses on oral culture working together with people from the Blouberg area and the Craft Art Development Foundation. Horticultural research focuses on sustainable cultivation of indigenous plants and trees with commercial significance.
